TCO was contacted by a major Norwegian operator with a request for a high differential pressure rated barrier plug. This plug needed to be installed in a 4 ½” lower completion and would need to be rated to 10,000 psi differential to ISO 14998 V0.
TCO APRS was installed in a subsea well during casing patch operations to eliminate casing collapse at production startup. The APRS was mobilized on a quick turnover which reduced the well suspension time
TCO recently completed a successful Chemical Injection delivery for a major operator in West Africa. TCO was approached and requested to deliver a Dual Mandrel Injection System for the lower and upper completion zones.
TCO’s Barrier Glass Plug is primarily used to save rig time during the completion phase. The benefit many deem unique, is how the need for intervention is eliminated. TCO's Tubing Disappearing Plug – Pump Open (TDP-PO) is run as an integrated part of the completion string and opened by applying a pre-determined pressure from surface. The plug has now also proved to perform under demanding suspension of a large column of debris. TCO's increased focus in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East make us determined to deliver the market's most reliable, cost effective and safe solutions.
The TCO Chemical injection valve incorporating an HN module enabled the operator to pump fluid down a 1/4” Inc 825 control line conveying an optical fiber cable. At the same time, the valve acted as a reliable well barrier and ensuring no particles penetrated the 1/4” control line potentially destroying the fiber or plugging the line
