Morten Lerbrekk Steps Down as CEO of TCO AS

The Board of Directors of TCO AS today announced that Morten Lerbrekk has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and resigned, effective immediately

Norway – The Board of Directors of TCO AS today announced that Morten Lerbrekk has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and resigned, effective immediately. Lerbrekk has led the company for the last 4 years and by differences in relation to the way forward for the company, the TCO Board and Lerbrekk has decided that now is the right time for new leadership.

Kenneth Tunes, Chief Financial Officer of TCO, will assume the position of acting head of TCO, effective February 2nd , 2015. A search for a permanent CEO will start immediately inside and outside the organization.
