The TCO Mill Open glass plug provides a robust seal under extreme downhole conditions, withstanding up to 175°C and 15,000 psi of pressure. When required, the plug is mechanically opened by a variety of removal options; spear opening, slickline, tractor on e-line, coil tubing or drill pipe. Upon removal, the TDP allows full bore access for all future interventions.

It can also be supplied in both standard and customized bore diameters to ensure it fully meets your specific operational requirements.

How it works

1. Installation

The plug is run into the well and set at the desired depth.

2. Barrier Function

The glass component acts as a pressure barrier, isolating zones or holding fluids in place.

3. Mill Open

When access is needed, the plug can be speared or milled open by any means of intervention service and guarantees full ID after removal.

Bypass Remote Open
