We offer a range of accessories designed to enable a smoother 
running and set up of the Chemical Injection System.
RX Rupture Cartridge
The RX Rupture Cartridge is a balanced piston shear-open device that enables integrity testing of the control line during run-in-hole operations. Unlike conventional burst discs, it opens cleanly without generating debris and is activated by absolute inlet pressure, ensuring a safer and more reliable deployment.
The RX Rupture Cartridge can be integrated with all Chemical Injection valves, or be supplied as a standalone product called RC Valve.
Catch Screen
The Catch Screen is an in-line filter module designed to prevent contamination from installation debris. It is mounted within the Chemical Injection Valve, and multiple screens can be installed in series. If a screen becomes clogged, a built-in spring compresses under differential pressure to allow flow bypass, maintaining system functionality.
The Catch Screen can be integrated with all Chemical Injection valves, or be supplied as a standalone product called CS.
Cross Coupling Carrier
TCO’s Cross Coupling Carrier range offers a robust solution for protecting splices, filters, injection devices, and other accessories in challenging reservoir conditions. Each carrier features a three-piece clamp system and is mounted over the coupling. It can be oriented to align with control lines and secured with two clamps for reliable fixation.
Anchor Clamp
The Anchor Clamp is engineered to secure and protect control lines under all operating conditions. Its durable design ensures stability and resilience in demanding environments.
Control Line Fittings & Splice Subs
TCO provides externally testable splice carrier subs compatible with splices in ¼”, ½”, and ¾” sizes. These splices are optimized for minimal outer diameter and full bore inner diameter, maintaining pressure integrity without compromising performance.
