Our Chemical Injection Systems are engineered to deliver precise chemical treatments into the wellbore while maintaining high-integrity pressure barriers.
The barrier function is provided with a mandrel, interface block, HN-Module check valves and testable control line connection and is a critical component of the system, ensuring well control, safety, and flow assurance throughout the life of the well.
Chemical Injection Mandrel
The Mandrel acts as a housing for the injection valve and ensures that the injection valve remains independent of the mandrel loading to guarantee easy, safe and reliable installation.
The innovative design meets the requirements of even the most demanding environments and maintains the integrity of sealing surfaces throughout the entire life of the well.
Our Mandrels are available in a wide range of materials, sizes and premium connections. Operators can even choose the metal from which the mandrel body is constructed to ensure full compatibility with the well fluid.
Chemical Injection Valve
Our high-integrity, non-return series of check valves act as the critical seal between the production tubing and control line during the chemical injection process. This robust solution ensures reliable V0 barrier protection for our customers’ operations and the environment.
The HN-Series Chemical Injection System offers a reliable solution engineered to deliver superior non-return barrier performance and prevent chemical backflow in demanding well environments.
Validated according to API 19CI CV1, ISO 14998 V0 and TR 2385 standards, the system ensures full compliance with rigorous industry requirements for our customers’ operations and the environment.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials and incorporating a high-integrity metal-to-metal barrier, the HN-Series optimizes system integrity, minimizes chemical degradation risks, and accommodates both tubing and annulus injection operations.
Its durable construction and enhanced integrity make it especially appropriate for offshore applications subjected to high-pressure and high-temperature (HPHT) conditions.
An extensive range of configurations are available; from a single compact barrier check valve to a modular dual or triple in-line check valve system. The series is designed for permanent and retrievable installation.
