The Glass Barrier Plug continuously evolves to meet industry demands across various operations, including zonal isolation, packer setting, pressure testing, and casing flotation.
The TDP-MO plug is a robust, V0-rated laminated glass barrier designed for packer setting, tubing testing, and reservoir isolation. It's mechanically removed via slickline, coiled tubing, drill pipe, or milling - ideal for wells requiring direct intervention and cost-efficient operations.
The TDP-PO plug is a single-cycle, V0-rated glass barrier plug activated by reaching a predefined shear pressure. It's ideal for packer setting, tubing testing, and flotation applications - especially in long horizontal wells where interventionless operation and cost-efficiency are critical.
The DTHP and DSBP include a V-0 rated glass barrier. An erosion tested self-filling bypass sleeve allows auto filling and fluid circulation during installation, and remote sleeve closure to establish a V0-rated barrier. Interventionless plug opening is enabled via remote pressure-activation, enabling full-bore access and optimized completion efficiency in both shallow and deep-set applications
Remote open barrier plugs feature a V0-rated glass barrier element for high-integrity sealing. A remotely pressure-activated valve system enables intervention-free opening. Other benefits include full bore access after activation, multi-cycle operation, and debris management. Certified for use in high-pressure, high-temperature wells.
