At TCO, Research & Development is more than a department – it’s the engine that drives our innovation, growth, and industry leadership. Our R&D efforts have historically shaped the company’s identity, beginning with the groundbreaking laminated glass barrier plug that revolutionized well isolation.
Since then, our team has continued to deliver transformative technologies such as the Annulus Pressure Relief System (APRS), Deep Tubing Hanger Plug (DTHP), and Deep Set Barrier Plug (DSBP), each developed to solve real-world challenges in well integrity and performance.
The journey from idea to commercialized product at TCO is a structured, collaborative process.
