TCO Chemical Injection Systems are based on the high-end i-Quip Technology Chemical Injection Devices. The systems have been a benchmark for a wide variety of global operators since the development of TCO's first purpose-built injection device in 2001.
Developed to meet the need for an isolation barrier in the chemical injection line when running in hole, the HX Rupture Cartridge solves many of the problems posed by conventional burst discs. Due to its encapsulated design, the HX Rupture Cartridge is completely debris free, and therefore protects the chemical injection line from the damaging contaminants that burst discs may introduce.
In addition, the HX Rupture Cartridge uses a balanced system, which means that the downstream pressure will not cause resistance against the opening of the cartridge. This ensures that the line will remain isolated and pressure testable until opening and injection is required. The HX Rupture Cartridge provides a field-proven, reliable and predictable opening pressure, and can be used in many related applications and functions.
With a history of over 1,000 runs since 2001, the HX Rupture Cartridge is the ideal choice for control line running operations, and is available globally through the TCO range of injection devices.
